About Me

Screen Shot 2015-12-10 at 1.08.31 PM
I was born and raised in Charleston, SC, lived in the hottest place on earth for a while: Orlando, FL, lived in the second hottest place on earth for a while: Tampa, FL, and am finally seeking home, wherever that is, but have yet to find it. I have three children, a heart for missions, and the desire to ‘be the change’.

Many randoms have inspired me to write. From life experience to one single word, a movie or public observance, no form of inspiration is off limits. I can and will write about everything and anything. The majority of what I compile has an opinion of my own entwined within it or a view point I feel has been overlooked will be detailed. I’m always striving to put something fresh out there, to introduce the world to my mind with each word.

When I’m not juggling life, work, college and kids, you’ll find me huddled away somewhere writing my next book or happily reading someone else’s. Like most authors I’ve come across, I’m a coffee addict, own far too many books than I can fit on my shelves, and I like comfortable clothes a lot…

    Christin,
I just finished reading Diary of a Vampeen and I absolutely loved it. I read it all in 1 day! However, I was saddened when I went to buy the 2nd book and it is not available in the Sony E-Reader library. I really want to continue reading your books and hope that I wont have to go out and buy the paper back version to do so. Do you know if it will be availble for Sony E-Reader’s anytime soon???
Thanks for all your wonderful writing!
    Meghan

I’m sorry it’s not available. I will have to look into that because it should be. In the meantime though, you can go to http://www.smashwords.com and purchase book 2. They a version of the book you can download for nearly every e-reader out there. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I’m glad you enjoyed the first book 🙂

  3. Deanna Gutierrez says:

    Christin,
This is one of the best books I have read in a long time. I stayed up until 5am to finish it. Its definitely a keeper that I will read over again. I look forward to reading your other books. Thanks for bringing this to us.
    Deanna

  4. Lelia says:

I’m ten years old and I want to be a writer when I grow up. (I decided that a while ago) But when I read your books… It inspired me even more. I can feel like I was Leka(Lexi,Lex,Alexa) when you write it. It just is so descriptive and sooo… I don’t know. Real? Breath taking? I seriously admire you, a lot. Please try to finish book three because I can’t get enough of Leka and Kellan; I read both books 1 and 2 each in an hour so it drives me crazy that I can’t read more.(and more and more and more!) But I don’t want to rush you so take your time. I love you!!!!!!!!
    Lelia
    Ps. Have fun on vacation!!!

  5. Kerri Smith says:

    Dear Christin,
I am not a fan of vampiric books but, like young Lelia, I did read your first 2 books rather rapidly! A query however; how are your books converted to ebook? I was …….. well, annoyed, at some glaring cases of incorrect words used. I’m afraid to ask if this is you, or a problem with the conversion? For all of that, please do NOT stop writing and I WILL be buying the next chapter of Alexa’s life.
    Kerri

    • christinlovell says:

      Hi Kerri,
Glad you liked my vamp books, despite not being a fan of others. As for the incorrect words, sadly, that is probably me. When books convert, they mess with the format, but not the meaning or use generally. It’s been reported, but I just haven’t found time to go back and re-edit the first two books again. I definitely plan to though, and I certainly don’t plan to stop writing! Thanks 🙂

      • Amanda Addair says:

        Hi there,
I was noticing the same thing about the slight incorrections within your books. I am interested in helping edit in the future. If you are interested please contact me as I look forward to reading your new works.

      • christinlovell says:

Thank you for the offer. I have actually already secured an editor, who is at work editing books 1 & 2 at the moment. I appreciate you reaching out though and will keep your information just in case.

  6. Kerri Smith says:

Good to hear. My husband did point out to me that some of the “mistakes” I saw may have been a difference of nation. As I’m an Aussie and you an American, there will be some disparity between our understanding of the average lingo! Lol

  7. Amy Elsner says:

I read a lot of books and yesterday I was looking though Amazon’s books and decided to try your Diary of a Vampeen and fell in love. I read straight though it and had to buy the seconds one. I just finished that and came onto your website to see if there was a date for the next book to find it coming out in a short time from today I squealed and my husband had to come and see why. I’m glad to have found another author that writes some amazing books that I’ll have to tell all my friends about! Keep up the awesome work, I look forward to reading more from you.

  8. silvermystspirit says:

hi i know this is kinda a big thing to ask but i’ve been writing a book for a few months and just got it finished and i wanted to see if u would read it and give me some feed back. Im 18 and its my first book so i want some input before i get to far ahead of myself hope to hear back and dont feel any pressure to read it i understand with your books you may not have time but thanks for reading this and considering it. And your books are amazing other them my own yours are the only ones ive read entirly through. Thank you!!

    • christinlovell says:

I’m so sorry, but unfortunately, I’m not able to accept your offer. What I would suggest is to find a friend who’s great in English, and ask them to review your work. If you could find someone in your target audience with analytic and grammar skills, that would be even better. A lot of authors use beta readers.
Sorry I couldn’t help you more. I’m glad you enjoyed my books though! As for yours, you have to believe in yourself and your work before anyone else will. It’s a part of you that you have to stand up for. You have to believe that your work is amazing before you will be ready to put it out there for the world.
      Good luck! Keep writing! 🙂

  9. Ashley says:

    Hi, Christin.

I was trying to find a way to email you, but do not see your email listed anywhere. Could you by any chance point me in the right direction or write it down here for me?

    Thanks so much!

    • christinlovell says:

I definitely plan to write more books. I’m currently working on book 4 right now.

  11. Lexy says:

  12. Dreama Tipton says:

Hey! I just wanted to say that I love the Diary of a Vampeen books. I am starting on the 3rd one today. I am really glad that I discovered you on Amazon. You are an amazing writer and I look forward to reading your other works, especially your werewolf series. I’m a werewolf and vampire girl all the way. 🙂

  13. mustang3261 says:

Just finished Hit The Road. LOVED IT!!!! Loved it!!! Totally awesome can not wait for your next one. I was in Orlando the week before Christmas and so thought about contacting you. Any way love your work and look forward to more.

  14. ashmed86 says:

I have always been interested in Vamps and witches for as long as I could remember
I think I get it from my grandmother (dad’s mom). I never really got to meet her but there was this mystery about her… I was wondering what made you want to write about vamps and such things? my husband thinks I am crazy for loving and I guess be obsessed with this kind of thing but reading how lexi and kellan feel for each others hits it on with how me and my husband were when we first meet he know I was his forever and will like lexi I had the wondering eyes but still knew that I couldn’t feel for anyone the way I do for him. So again I just love the book I am book 3 right now about half way through and still can believe how much I just LOVE them again your work is appreciated by me… thank you
**I guess it is weird that I can relate to the charters so well**

    • christinlovell says:

Not weird at all! In fact, I think it’s wonderful! I was aiming for something real, yet realistic with Kellan and Lexi. No relationship is perfect. I wanted theirs to be something reminiscent of what people loved about Twilight, but with more of a real world experience dropped in. That’s actually one of the things that pushed me to write my version of a vamp story/series. I’ve always loved paranormal, but too many of the books, particularly about vampires, seemed so far-fetched. Granted, my books have evolved a bit to something that is a bit further out there at times, but the basis of the story is still in line with the possible. Plus, I aim to keep the personalities of the characters in tact so us humans are still able to relate to them 🙂
I’m glad you love them! Keep reading! Your hubby will catch on eventually. Perhaps introduce him to a more male centered paranormal book, like Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files series. It’s worth a shot!

  15. ashmed86 says:

yes I think I will have to give that a shot…and by the way every intimate detail was right on as far as how I felt when MY LOVE did that to me not trying to be dirty but every detail you gave as far as him biting her neck and slowly kissing her was what I felt with MY LOVE

and honestly I really didn’t car for twilight would love for your books to become a movie and trust me I am praying for it for YOU I mean I already have a movie in my head as I read but when I try to talk to my about it he looks at me weird with a little smirk on his face

    • christinlovell says:

I love it! Thank you for the reassurance that I’m on the right path with Lexi and Kellan. And congrats for having that in reality. Cherish it! 🙂

      • Vivian Adams says:

        Christin,

How does it feel to be an author? Stressful, exiting, fun, annoying…? I hope to become one someday and wanted to know what it’s like. I’m sure it’s time-consuming, but do you regret it sometimes? I don’t think so…sorry I must sound stupid. To me, at least. Anyway, I just wanted to know what it’s like.

        Thanks!

      • christinlovell says:

It’s absolutely chaotic, yet totally amazing. I have 3 children, including a baby that monopolizes my time during the day. I went into this with this wonderful idea in my mind of all I’d be able to get done and accomplished despite having to care for him. It doesn’t happen. I write mostly at night when they’re all sleeping. I’m just as sleep deprived as when I was working full time for Corporate America. My house is just as chaotic, and I’m always behind on my to-do list. But I’m doing what I love. I’ve gained my freedom despite being tied down. I can take off whenever I want. I can dive into whatever characters, whatever worlds I want when I’m inspired. It’s absolutely the best decision of my life. I couldn’t imagine my world had I not pursued this dream. I’m beyond happy with this crazy life, and overjoyed to have made it where I am today 🙂

  16. Morgan Sparks says:

hey do u think they will be making a movie for the vamp cronicles?? if so i would be perfect for the part of lexi if she waz real people would probaly think she waz my sis. well hope u find the anser soon!! bye!!! 🙂

    • christinlovell says:

I would love for a movie to be made! I think most authors dream of that, have an inkling of hope to see their characters come to life on the big screen in that back of their mind, as they write. I’m no exception. If the offer comes along, I will be sure to share it with everyone… right after I sign on the dotted line! 🙂

  17. Morgan says:

omg wen me and my friends finished ur book they all started calling me lexi because my life is sooo much like hers
and my ex boyfriend is just like mike, waaay to clingy, now im waiting for my kellan

    • christinlovell says:

I love it! Of course, I hope you don’t have assassins or black ninjas hunting you down on a regular basis, but that could be a thrilling weekend adventure! … or not. lol Hold on tight if you’re that much like Lex because your Kellan is probably just around the corner 🙂

    • Vivian says:

Wish my Kellan would come. I’m waiting Kellan….. My life is in between Lexi’s and Mel’s…I’m not even sure it fits into the setting. Life is sooooo topsy-turvy these days if you know what I mean…… well, keep being you and don’t let anyone change it! haha love ya Christin! 🙂 😀 !!!

  18. Maria says:

Christin, I luv ur books they are wonderful and I certainly will be on pins and needles till the 4 book comes out! Luv ur work. U have definitely encouraged me to read books like yours. Anyways best of luck. This maria from new jersey

    • christinlovell says:

Thank you Maria! I love to read, and I’m always excited when I’m able to encourage the “sport.” Glad you enjoyed the books! Keep reading! 🙂

    • Claude says:

i actually prfeer kia, i love the true love in the story with kellan and lex, but i am a huge fan of kia as well! although cocky people cant deny that there is appeal in the fact that he is fun and protective and not wrapped in the cocoon of teen drama!! he is secure and i love that about him. maybe i am partial bc its my sons name but i have been waiting for the kellen drama to unfold although i would almost rather him just be captured for a while and eventually come back. i just hate to see kia heartbroken

  19. Savannah says:

Have you read your books…. Because they are awesome how do you write such a breathtaking series, and manage a full size family. You are officially awesome!!!!!!!

    • christinlovell says:

Wow, thank you! I appreciate that! Such a huge compliment! I’ve been very lucky so far in that losing sleep hasn’t affected me too much. Hopefully I can keep up the same pace 🙂

  20. Rachel says:

Thank you so much for writing these books! You really inspire me. I love it how you keep up with your e mails and comments! Most authors don’t do that! Thank You!

  21. Zoe Badder says:

    Christin,
I’ve read all three vampeen books so far and I love them! I was introduced to them by a friend and they’ve really touched me. And your determination to publish has given me new determination to try and publish my own book – but I have not really got any idea where to begin! Have you got any tips you can give me?

  22. Vivian says:

I love that you communicate with your readers! I think it is a neat idea and if I become an author I will do the same! 😉 We have been e-mailing back and forth which I enjoy. You inspire me and, from what I can tell, everbody else who are lucky enough to get their hands on one of your wonderful books. I don’t know about anyone else, but you have made a huge impact on my writing life. I believe that who and what you are come out through your writing. And to me, you make the impression of being friendly, outspoken, and a little wacky (a good thing). I look forward to reading Lexi’s and Kellan’s next adventure!!!! Love ya! 😉 😀 !!!!!!!! ❤

    • christinlovell says:

lol Ok, so you have me down pretty much. I do have a lot of similarities to my books. I’m quiet most of the time, but outspoken when it comes to standing up for what I believe in. I’d like to think I’m friendly, though everyone has their bad days. And wacky, well I like to think of myself as eccentric. Makes it sound less like I need to visit the loony bin. lol I appreciate it though and love interacting with everyone. I love hearing your stories and experiences. Believe it or not, you all inspire me just as much as I inspire you. It’s a mutual exchange of motivation, so thank you! 🙂

      • Vivian Adams says:

It sounds like I’m similar to you then! I am quiet, but loud when I want to be, and I guess you could call me eccentric. My sister says so. Thanks!

  23. Vivian says:

I love that you remain faithful to communicating with your readers, including me! It is definitly a thing I will do if I publish my books. I believe that who and what you are come out through your writing. To me, your writing says that you are friendly, fun, smart, outspoken, and a little wacky (that’s a good thing!) . I love Love LOVE your books!!!!!!! So much I can only expredss it like this: 😀 😀 ;D!!! You inspire me and have made a huge impact on my writing life. Love ya!!! ;D

  24. Kelly says:

    Christin,
How does feel to be among all the well known athours? Your books are amazing. I know I am way under 18, but these books are so good I have learner to ingnore the bad words and bad stuff. I am currently writing a story that I hope will get published. I would love to be compared to you, like people saying “Oh, aren’t Kelly S. and Christina Lovell AMAZING athours?” Yes, I would love that. I would tell you the whole idea of the story, but, I don’t want any one to steal the idea. Tell me if you want to hear through e-mail. Oh, it would be amazing to know that I had a real conversation with CHRISTIN LOVELL! Just
me, a plain little girl talking to a rockin’ athour.

    • christinlovell says:

That’s awesome Kelly! Keep writing, keep pushing, and you will be published one day. I would be honored to be compared to talent, and appreciate every kind word. Feel free to e-mail me. I’m always up for a conversation with a fellow reader and writer 🙂 (christinlovell@gmail.com)

      • Julien says:

I have a question on the book at the end of the book shes reinadg the book to him and I want to know if Kellan (the sexiest boy in the book)is dead. Plus what is their son’s name?AND WHY WOULD YOU KILL KELLAN?Hes supposed to be sexy and live why not let Kai die he deserves it I mean he stole Lexi from Kellan for like ever.I mean I love the book alot I practically read it like 8 times but why kill Kellan he deserves to live he has a perfectly great way of suprising, and loving Lexi he also knows how to please her I just wanna know why you would kill him.(Sorry im very passionate about romance novels and who lives and who dies)

  25. Terri Barnett says:

I Loved Curvosity!! The characters were amazing!!! I will definately look for more of your books. 🙂 have fun on your trip, it looks beautiful, the Mosquitos always bite me too.

    • christinlovell says:

Thank you! Glad I’m not alone with the mosquitoes. It’s funny, everyone always said it was because I was sweet and I thought they were joking. As it turns out, we really are sweeter. Our scent, our sweat, releases certain chemicals that are sweeter (than the person who is never bitten) and attracts the mosquito to us. Hm. Lucky us. 😉

  26. jeanne says:

  27. Jenna says:

  29. Chad Harris says:

Just finished reading Diary of a Vampeen. I was very impressed. Your writing is amazing. The setting being in Charleston was a nice surprise, me being bor and raised and still here 🙂 Your knowledge and description of the area helped me imagine the characters in the actual places, like the Barnes and Noble by Northwoods Mall in N. Charleston. I really loved the book and cant wait to start the second one.

  30. Chad Harris says:

Book 2 done. Again excellent. Bought book 3 gonna start it today can’t wait for book 4, god I hate waiting lol. Been waiting for the new Fallen book since last march and its driving me nuts. These books would really make for a good movie. Or at least a TV show. 🙂

    • christinlovell says:

Awesome! I would love to see the books turned into a movie or TV show. I think most writers write with the aspiration of seeing their characters come alive on paper and in film. Maybe one day 🙂

  31. Laura says:

I just read your book. “Vampeen”. It wasn’t bad. My main criticism is your references to God, sounding like a Christian. If trying to witness through your book, think about what type of witness it is to be using God’s name disrepectfully. Omg is very poor way to use His name. Food for thought.

  32. kimberley says:

i have read all of your books and i think there amazing when i read them i feel like im lex and on her journey seeing everything through her eyes.I cant wait for book 4 but for the mean time im reading all of the books over and over again i cant wait 😀 x

  33. amanda agee says:

i love your books so much and i love kellan and lexi’s love for eachother and wish i had there love! i hope you make more then 4 books please because i dont know what i would do without them!

  34. bianca2b says:

And I honestly feel kellan is like my fiance. And it just made me fall more in love with your writing. At first I wasn’t sure feelingbworried it was going to be another boring one. But as you can tell I sat down and read it within four days!! Consider me your newest fan. I loved it! Now I’m going to purchase the second book and get started. This would make an amazing movie by the way! Your are considered my new fsvorite author! Keep up the amazing work., ill always be reading!

  36. paula says:

Hi name is Paula. I have read 2 of the vampeen series working on book 3 my problem is there are words and paragraphs missing in book 3. i read on kindle pc. i notified amazon about it they suggested i delete it from my archive and get it again i did this twice and its still the same. chapters 13 and 14 are bad but the ending is really bad like i said theres sentences missing its hard to follow . i just thought you should know. i really enjoy the storyline but reading this 3rd book is a trial. im missing out on conversations etc very strange.

  37. Autumn says:

Ciao! i just finished reading book 1 and 2, im on the near end of the 3rd book. I LOVE IT! i love how you put alot of feeling in your writing, and i do love paranormal romance. but im 12 years old and when i was around 8, i started writing books (short stories, not published) and right now im writing a novel. i could really use some tips from a great writer like you! you have a great imagination and writing skills. your stories are real (but sort of not real- you know what i mean.. hah) and filled with feeling and substance. Its really great!

  38. Jordyn says:

  45. jade says:

i feel the same way about kellan if he dies there wouldnt be that much love in the story i really hope he doesnt because i dont want lexi to be with anybody else her and kellan were meant to be shell never love anybody more than she loves kellan

  46. Kylie says:

Can’t wait for book four. My imagiation keeps trying to guess what will happen. It probably won’t be correct. I read the first three on my kindle and keep reading it over and over. They’re soooo good. I’m trying to get my friends to read them. I love how they’re similar to Twilight (team Jacob), but they’re unique too. So Excited for book four. You rock Christin.
PS: I want Kellan to be my boyfriend.

  47. Kylie says:

I Love Vamp Chronicles. They’re absolutely phenomonal. If they ever become a movie i want to play Lexi. I love to act.

  53. Kylie says:

Thank u for writing these books. I know there’s probably a lot of pressure frompeople asking when will book 4 in the Vamp Cronicles be out, when will Summer Nights be out. I bet it’s pretty stressful, but I’m really thankful that u do this. I have a question tho. I saw the bible verse at the begining of the VC (Vamp Chronicles) and i was wondering, Are u a Christian?? I know its not really my bizness, but i was curious

      • Mady Wilson says:

I cant wait me and my bff are just like Lexis and Mel. I have brown hair hazel eyes and she has Blonde hair and blue eyes like Mel! ( but I’m not as big as Lexis was) and I hope you make more books because you reach out to a lot of no matter what age, I am only twelve and I love this series!

  61. Beth says:

Hi Christin, I just love your books so much! They are my life! They really make me feel all the feelings the characters feel! I loved darkness falls but my heart broke when a certain person died!!!!!! I didn’t want it to end like that because I wanted that character to Acc fall in love With someone 😥 would you ever think of write a book from Kai or kalel’s P.O.V ? Please get back to me! Your an amazing writer , Beth

    • christinlovell says:

I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed the series so far! I haven’t considered doing an entire book from Kai or Kalel’s POV. I never close doors though. Just because I don’t have plans to right now doesn’t mean it can’t/won’t happen in the future 😉

      • nate says:

Hmm I think I know who it is that died thank you Beth for that little piece of information I’ve been dying to know
I know you didn’t mean to but I’m good with context clues

  62. nate says:

Is another one of your books going to be free on amazon because i reached my buying limit that my mom gave me getting D.O.A.V, V.Y.F.W , H.T.R.J and V.V.V

      • nate says:

I really wanted to read your werewolf books but again I reached my limit getting your books except the inocence of white but I did find a lot of books with vampires in it for free so I think I can manage. I’ve noticed your like a long distance fake family member that is super awesome but can’t meet you in person what a tragic story.

  63. jenna says:

I just read darkness falls…… I loved it! Except for the dying part!!! But I cant wait to see what surprises there are in the break of dawn 🙂 in darkness falls, in the prophecy it said how the one who died would love her like no one else would, I kind of think the prophecy was fullfilled. Kai loved her more than anybody else would. Kellan loved her like that too, but kai was always honest and he actually died so the person she loved more than him would live and make her happy. Honestly, I don’t know if kellan would do that. He would probably be there to comfort her after, but I don’t know if he would die for him. He would probably be mad she chose him, then be there when he’s gone. Bug idk kellan surprises me sometimes 🙂 I wish there would be more books from lexis pov after the break of dawn! I love her character so much! Shes the most interesting. I like mel, but she doesn’t seem as interesting. Ive been reading this series since the first book came out and I always have to check on here for when new books to come out. I don’t want that to end!!!!!!

    • christinlovell says:

I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed the series so far! As for Mel, her book will be very different from the Mel you are all familiar with. It will have more of a dark edge. I’m very excited about it! 🙂
As for more books from Lexi’s POV… you never know! 😉

  64. Kylie says:

You are an amazing author, Christin. The Vamp Chronicles are my favorite book series, and I read them all the time. The story of Lexi is so inspiring, seeing as I’m a plus sized girl myself. Your work is amazing and you are an amazing woman.

    Love Always,
    Kylie ❤ \o/

  65. Sierra Marie Boshart says:

    Dear Christin,
My name is Sierra Marie Boshart, and I live in Tifton Georgia.I am thirteen years old,and I have read only one of your books:Diary of a vampeen. It was one of the most best books I have read in the entire world.I LOVE to read.I love to read so much that I dont go outside so my skin is very pale,I read so much that I am the reader of the year for my old school, the county, and the state of Georgia.Tell me,is there a second book to Diary of a vampeen?Cause if there is,I need the name of the book.I just wanted to tell you even though Ive only read one of your books,I want to read more.

  66. Jen says:

Just finished reading Two Times the Alpha – I think you did an awesome job. It took me a couple of days to read – only in the sense that your writing was amazing and brought a lot of intense emotions out. I believe you accurately depicted the emotions and fears that women feel coming out of an abusive situation. I also liked how you did not include an overnight fix for her, but showed how she found her self and her strength with the help of her men. That being said, it is also a great romance and I liked it as much as your other books. I also love Cade’s character and cannot wait for his story.

Please keep up the great work. Anxiously awaiting the next chapter.

    • christinlovell says:

Thank you. I really had to dig deep for that one and open some old wounds. It wasn’t easy to write, so you appreciation of her journey means a lot. So glad you enjoyed it 🙂

  67. Isabella says:

I am so in love with the series, I completly shut my world out (which now-days is hard to find a book that does this still!) and always think about it. I have the books, on my phone, ipod & ipad so where ever I may be, I am set to contiue reading book 5. I am so in love words can’t descirbe ! I simply can’t wait for the new books to contiue the journey. I am always in class secretly reading on my ipad, a few teachers are like Good to see you reading and walk off, I am like ‘Yes, free pass to read!’ – haha. I am always on the train reading, living in Singapore, it’s always allowed to be using technology everywhere, so everywhere I have my books to read. I can’t thank you enough for making such a different book and characters that always make me keep reading.

    • christinlovell says:

Thank you! I’m so excited to hear and that you’re enjoying it. Try not to get in trouble in school, but definitely keep reading past the Vamp Chronicles. Reading is my favorite pastime 🙂

  68. taylor merthan says:

I literally power read through the vamp chronicles hanging onto every word. You’ve inspired me to also try and write my own story. You are my role model and I look up to you a lot. I am now obsessed with reading and you have broadened my imagination. Thank you so much.

    • christinlovell says:

Hi Eryca, Thank you! I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed the series. Moreso though that they are encouraging you to read others. Reading is my favorite pastime. I hope you continue to enjoy the series! Have a great night. ~ Christin

  70. Alasia says:

Hello I have read your book and I love it. But I wanted to know if you know where they sell the paperback version of your book. I really do love it and any info on where to find it would be helpful. Thank you!

    • christinlovell says:

I’m sorry. Unfortunately, a paperback edition isn’t available as of this moment. It is in the plans for the future, but for now, time and budget don’t permit this. I’m so glad you’re enjoying the books 🙂

    • christinlovell says:

I do have plans to write one for them. (I loved their characters, their banter and the bit I saw of their potential love.) I’m just uncertain as to when this will be done and made available. Eventually I will get to them though 🙂

  71. Lauren McDonald says:

I LOVE DIARY OF A VEMPEEN as well as all the following books in the series, your writing is simple and not overly descriptive and I love it I am currently reading vamp verses vamp and I can’t put it down thank you for these wonderful books

  72. Lauren McDonald says:

Hi its me again, I have read all the books in the series and it’s KILLING ME having to wait until October to read the next book (it actually comes out on my birthday) so I was wondering if you could bring the book out earlier, PLEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSEEEEE I REALLY WANT TO READ IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • christinlovell says:

Unfortunately, this title has taken me far longer than I expected. It has been far more emotionally draining than any other. There are so many loose ends to tie up, and, in general, it’s difficult to say good-bye to these characters. I promise to announce a solid release date once the book is finished and it passes through my editor. Sorry for the delay. Thanks for your patience.

  73. Shelby says:

I have read all the Diary of a Vampeen books more times than I can count and am patiently waiting (how long the patience lasts is probably 1 more day) for The Break of Dawn release! I am also wandering if you are going to have any more excerpts sinces you dropped “Welcome back, Kai.” on us. BTW it gave me a mini heart attack in case you were wondering. I am Team Kellan but that doesn’t mean I wanted Kai to die on us!

    • christinlovell says:

I’ve released a few since then. If you search my website with the term excerpt, you should get a few hits for that series. (Please ignore the others if you are under 18.) I hope you enjoy them 🙂

  74. Megan says:

Hey, I absolutely love your books and I cannot wait for the new book to come out. But, I do have one question. What is Kai and Kales’s Last name? Thanks

  75. Jennifer says:

I am your biggest fan and I love your one soldier series. I love Kellie and Daniel please please please turn it into a full length novel. It would rise to the top of kindle charts. I truly love your work and hope you can give us more of Daniel. Keep writing and I will keep reading.

  76. Emily says:

Um… Did you take the Vampeen Chronicles off of Amazon and the other websites? I really hope that it just a mistake and your novels will be put back on to buy! Please, don’t listen to the bad comments about your book! I understand that you might be taking awhile writing the last book, but please do not take your books off Amazon and other sites! Don’t let some nay-sayers destroy the series for the rest of the fans!!!!! I love your books!

    • Morgan says:

I’ve been waiting years for the final book to be released and I understand that you’ve signed them over but I enjoyed the diary of a vampeen chronicles so much I really want to know when and where it’ll be released!!!

  77. falicesidoma says:

I have to give thanks to Reading By The Books for the Red Hot Cajun Nights blog hop for the intro to You. I looked up some of the reviews on both the YA’s and Adult books. I know that I have a new writer that I want to be reading from. Plus I will say this I am a large girl too in my 50’s. Have been all my life and it took me a long time to learn that I have to like and love myself for somebody else to like and love me back. I have been in a good place with my self for a long time now. I am HAPPY and no one can bring me down.

I have enjoyed your vamp chronicles series since the beginning. I’ve been search for a copy of the 7th book everywhere and I’m afraid I’m having no luck… if you could point me in the right direction that would be stupendous. I must know how this all ends! You have a great affinity for telling amazing stories.
